Who we are: Vivid Resources, a ministry devoted to developing next generation worship leaders.
Who we're for: Student musicians, singers, and creative types that want to use their gifts to honor God.
Whats different about us: Vivid is made up primarily of students, late high school and college-age young men and women who are passionate about music, worship, and are willing to invest themselves in younger students.
What we do: 3 distinct ministry initiatives:
- Vivid Student Worship Conference: A day of in-depth Bible Study, hands-on music training, and team building for any student musician or singer, regardless of talent or experience.
- Worship Team Training Weekends: An in-depth weekend with your students about worship, and building a student worship ministry from the ground up.
- 100:2 Music Mission Team: A group of talented students that lead worship experiences during a 2 week long tour during the summer. Joining the 100.2 team is by audition/application only.
In each of these ministry opportunities, the Vivid Worship Team (comprised of all students) leads worship and handles some of the training responsibilities.
Why we do what we do: Simple. God's called us to this. Churches are full of young people who love music, and would like to use that gift to honor God, but lack direction on just how to make that happen, and how to potentially use their talents to honor Him through their life's work. That's what Vivid is all about.
